Specifically, we are looking for individuals who want a job focusing on having the technical responsibility for offshore foundation projects in the tender and negotiation phases and engaging in technical dialogues with clients, colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Have the overall responsibility for technical offers (with a total contract amount in the billion DKK class) meeting our customers' expectations, working in parallel with the commercial responsible.
• Have the overall responsibility for the technical part of huge and complex projects during the tender and negotiation phases and until handover to our colleagues in the Operations team for project execution.
• Have the overall responsibility for review of customer drawings and technical requirements – identifying risks and cost implications in close dialogue with our production team.
• Lead the technical discussions with the customer and internally within CS WIND Offshore and other relevant CS Wind sister companies worldwide, proactively finding optimal solutions to technical challenges.
• Use existing tools and templates for e.g. cost calculations and actively participate in developing these.
• Ensure adherence to all technical aspects of CS WIND Offshore’s sales processes.

As part of the team, we imagine that you:

• Have solid technical experience and strong natural interest in technical topics with relevant experience preferably from offshore wind or another part of the energy and/or steel sector.
• Have a relevant education on Bachelor or Master level in Engineering and/or Project Management.
• Preferably possess a strong technically based interest and knowledge within production of large complex steel structures.
• Have a natural understanding of practical tasks and issues combined with strong IT skills.
• Have solid stakeholder management skills where building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders comes naturally.
• Thrive in a (sometimes) hectic working day where days can be various and dynamic.
• Have a high degree of accountability, commitment, and willingness to work with even the smallest details.
• Have excellent project management skills and work in a systematic and structured manner.
• Are fluent (speaking, reading, and writing) in English. Danish is not a prerequisite.
• Are characterised by your high level of professionalism and integrity.

Furthermore, it will be seen as an advantage if you have experience with e.g. databases, AI systems, PowerBI, etc.
