ESG Manager (Aalborg)

Specifically, we are looking for individuals who want a job focusing on the climate agenda in the ESG Department. You will be the group's expert and go-to person in the climate area, and you will have a unique opportunity to work with the companies in the CS WIND Offshore group and target CS WIND Offshore's own footprint.

Reporting to Director, Compliance, ESG & Audit, you will work with CS WIND Offshore's climate agenda in the company's own operations, active ownership and investments. The company's own operations concern its own internal activities. Investments involve sparring regarding the negative/positive climate footprint the Group will set in connection with future investments.

We build a green future together with someone who can:

  • Be responsible for further development and operation of CS WIND Offshore’s environmental and climate agenda
  • Handle the collection and analysis of climate data hereunder secure climate data for use in the CSRD and EU Taxonomy
  • Identify and do the implementation of projects and initiatives related to CS WIND Offshore’s climate agenda e.g. SBTi
  • Contribute to the environment and climate issues by conducting internal info meetings/workshops across the company
  • Be sparring partner for CS WIND Offshore and the Group's subsidiaries, including in relation to SBTi, environmental/climate legislation, data, etc.

As part of the team, we expect you to:

  • Have at least three years of work experience from a similar position, where sustainability/climate has been a key element
  • Possesses a high level of theoretical and professional knowledge
  • Have eminent understanding of data, is analytically strong and familiar with Excel and data processing
  • Have knowledge and experience with scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions according to the Greenhouse Gas Protocol
  • Have experience with the Science Based Target Initiative (SBTi) as well as insight into upcoming requirements, e.g. climate-related requirements within Corporate Sustainability due diligence, CSRD and Taxonomy, etc.
  • Be curious about developments in climate-related sustainability, and at the same time you are skilled at translating new knowledge, including legislation, into practice for the company.
  • Be fluent in Danish and English in writing and speech.
