The first colleagues to join the Poland office were QC inspectors who supervised production in Poland. In time, some of the inspectors became Project Managers, and began to lead and be responsible for their own projects. Marcin Bajuk was one of them.
We now have a total of seven project managers working from Poland.
In his job, Marcin has daily contact with headquarters and suppliers, as well as the senior Project Manager, who supports him. It has been the same structure for years. The list of projects Marcin has been involved in is long, and he is currently working on the CVOW TP project.
"I am responsible for the transition piece scope within the project. I'm taking care of the major parts, e.g. external platforms, external ladders, intermediate platforms and various smaller components - in general secondary steel structures," explains Marcin Bajuk, who not only overlook sub-suppliers in Poland, but also various other countries. He therefore travels on a regular basis.
