From class to green future: 250 school students visit CS WIND Offshore
For the third consecutive year, all 8th-grade classes in Kerteminde Municipality were invited to visit Vestas, Fayard, and CS WIND Offshore, all operating at Odense Port.
The aim is to give students insight into the work of large local companies related to the green energy transition and to inspire them towards a career path with a technical or craftsmanship background.
- Both in terms of the green energy transition and recruiting future employees, it makes so much sense for us to participate in the visiting days. Here, students get to see firsthand what it's all about and ask many questions that make them smarter and it reminds us of our contribution on a global scale, says Stian Austrheim Jensen, Operations Excellence Specialist from CS WIND Offshore.
