5S for our apprentices: On March 20, the CSWO Training department kicked off 5S training

The apprentices were engaged, in fact all day - even if it was a bit of a dry subject.

Instructor Peter Halkier, however, did an excellent job.

He got everyone involved.

💡 Five S (5S) stands for sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain. 

The 5S methodology helps improve safety, quality, and process efficiency by creating a well-organized and clean work environment.

We look forward to the next months, when we will hold regular meetings with our apprentices regarding 5S.
