The 111 foundations for the wind farm vary in length between 33-47 metres and weigh between 400-630 tonnes, and besides the foundations, Bladt has also fabricated the 1,800 tonnes heavy substation for the wind farm. Anholt Offshore Wind Farm is scheduled to be complete in 2013.

The first foundation for Anholt Offshore Wind Farm has been put to use.

At the end of July, Bladt finished the final five of a total of 111 foundations for Anholt Offshore Wind Farm, and now, two months later, the first foundation has been put to use. At the beginning of September, the first wind turbine was erected on its foundation, and the wind farm has now distributed its first “green” electricity to the Danish grid, announces Dong Energy.
