ML-award for Bladt apprentice
On September 28, Bladt apprentice Troels Vammen Aaquist won the ML-award which is awarded to apprentices in the metal-working industry who finish their education with a particularly outstanding result.
At Bladt, we believe it is important that we contribute to the education of skilled professionals and therefore, we currently employ 26 apprentices, ten of which are adult apprentices. Taking in apprentices is an investment that must be made to ensure that the education of our future workforce generates the most qualified professionals possible.
Troels finished his apprenticeship test with the highest possible grade – 12! He has demonstrated how he never compromises on the quality of his work and is now permanently employed with us.
