Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) has just signed an Award Agreement with the joint venture partners Bladt Industries and Taiwanese Century Wind Power (CWP), covering the supply of up to 150 jacket foundations. The agreement is for three offshore wind projects in Taiwan that CIP is developing. The three offshore wind sites have a total capacity of up to 1.5 GW and are currently in the process of securing grid capacity.
With this agreement CIP has ensured local Taiwanese production capacity for the manufacturing of the jacket foundations for their projects combined with European know-how and experience.
